| Private vehicle in Beijing and between Beijing and Chengde | Airport transfers and vehicle support throughout the five-day journey in a Buick GL8 or equivalent; up to eight hours per day, with overtime charged at RMB 200 per hour. |

Sample itinerary

| Day 1 | Arrive in Beijing, meet the health concierge, transfer to the hotel and review the itinerary and screening preparation. |
| Day 2 | Private transfer to the hospital for comprehensive screening with concierge accompaniment, followed by a relaxed restorative activity in central Beijing. |
| Day 3 | Travel by private vehicle to Chengde, check in and visit Chengde Mountain Resort. |
| Day 4 | Experience selected cultural and nature-based restorative activities in Chengde and enjoy a local dinner. |
| Day 5 | Private transfer to the airport and departure. |
Hospitals we can coordinate
Chinese PLA General Hospital, China–Japan Friendship Hospital, Peking University People’s Hospital and Peking University Third Hospital. Other requested institutions may be assessed and coordinated separately.
Booking lead time: Please apply at least five working days in advance.
Important note: The screening plan and individual items may be adjusted to the guest’s needs. Final inclusions are subject to the confirmed plan.
Price and payment notes

| Usually not included | Medication or herbal products, personal spending, international flights, visa fees, force-majeure costs and client-requested additions. |
| Payment schedule | A 50% deposit is payable after the plan and agreement are confirmed. The remaining balance is due no later than three days before the journey begins. Cancellation refunds are assessed according to costs already incurred and services not yet delivered. |
