How It Works

Six Clear Steps

From inquiry to coordinated care

A structured, human-led process that keeps medical decisions with hospitals and licensed physicians.

1. Tell us what you need

Share your goal, preferred city, estimated travel period and a brief description. Do not use the form for an emergency.

2. Initial conversation

A coordinator clarifies timing, budget, language and whether medical records are already available.

3. Record assessment

When needed, records and imaging are collected through an agreed secure channel, organized and translated for assessment.

4. Resource matching

We assess suitable hospitals, departments or specialist routes and check practical feasibility.

5. Confirm the plan

You receive the proposed service scope, timing and costs. Hospital fees are based on the hospital’s confirmed program.

6. In-China support

Depending on the selected service, support may include transfers, interpretation, hospital navigation, accommodation and follow-up coordination.

Clinical responsibility: Final diagnosis, examination items and treatment plans are determined by qualified hospitals and physicians. A website inquiry does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
